By using this site and the digital menu services, you accept these terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable Portuguese law, namely Law no. 7/2004 (Electronic Commerce Act) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the use of the site and of the menu consultation and ordering services offered by the establishment. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The establishment's identification details (name, tax number where applicable, address and contact) are available in the site settings and in the footer, in compliance with the duty of information under electronic commerce rules.
3. Services
The site allows you to:
- Consult the menu and the products.
- Compose orders and send them to the establishment.
- Register as a user and manage your profile and order history, where applicable.
The establishment reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of error, unavailability or abusive conduct.

The prices shown on the menu are those in force at the time of consultation. Payment and its methods (on delivery, on site, etc.) are set by the establishment and communicated during the ordering process or in subsequent contact.
5. User obligations
The user undertakes to:

- Keep access credentials confidential.
6. Intellectual property
